-How do I change or cancel my order?

To cancel your order you can email us at is the subject "Order Cancellation" in that email simply include your order ID number that starts with TT:

-How can I track my package?

A confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. If not email is sent, check your spam folder or contact us and we can always look it up.

-Why was my order canceled?

In case of order cancellations on our part it may be due to us not having the item in stock. An email will be sent out notifying you that a refund is on its way. 


-How often do you restock on items?

We normally restock seasonally. However you can always join our mailing list and stay up to date on the latest items to hit our collection. 

 -Do you carry plus sizes?

Our sizes go up to a 42 waist in mens denim and up to a 4XL on shirts. Please note that we carry little stock on these sizes as the demand is not high. 

-What are final sale items?

Upon purchasing your order you will be notified if any items in your cart are final sale. If the item was in the sales tab odds are it is a final sale item.

-How do I know if my package has shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information.

 -Do you ship internationally?

 -Do you refund shipping fees? 

All shipping fees are non-refundable. 



-What is your return policy?

We have a 20 DAY return policy. Items must be returned with original tags attached. 

-How long does the return process take?

The return process takes approximately 2-3 days upon receiving your item. We must first inspect the item then process the return. 

-Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are always welcomed, however exchanges cannot be made with Final Sale Items.
